Boys Cross Country competed on Tuesday at GBN against Maine South, Deerfield and GBN. Varsity and Freshman teams finished 2-1 on the day while Sophomores went 0-3 with several of their top runners moved up for the day.

Top finishers at the V level included: Andy Ordway (3rd), Spencer Rudolph (4th), Geoff Maddalozzo (7th), Sam Knezevich (15th) and William Fontana (16th). The Sophomores were led by Kale Schrauth, Junior Lopez, Eddie Kim, Capar Chen and Michael Crowe and the freshman had strong runs from Jack Lyons, Owen Wu, Frankie Hackl, Jeremy Fuller and Gavin Phair.

This coming week Varsity will travel to Peoria to run on the state meet course while all other levels will compete at the Niles West Invite.
