Race Times: Buses will leave right after school (hopefully). Races start at approx. 4:50 and will be in this order: Frosh Boy’s (2 miles) 5:20 Varsity Boy’s (3 miles) 5:50 Sophomore Boys (3 Miles)

What to bring: Uniform, Sweats, extra T-shirt (GBS) and socks for after the race, Racing Shoes/Spikes, Water/Gatorade and a healthy snack (Fruit, Bagels, Pretzels, Power Bars) for before the race, music, etc., a positive attitude and a loud voice to cheer for your teammates when you're not racing!

Scouting Report:    Our first CSL competition of the year.  Each team will be ready to get after it so be ready for great competition at all levels.  React to surges, pack up with your teammates and challenge yourself to stay out of the comfort zone!   

Please make sure you have all your gear ready the night before, hydrate during the day, and be ready to go right after school.  Have fun and compete hard!

We should be back to GBS by 7:00/7:30 depending on bus travel.
