Just 2 weeks left until the CSL Conference Cross Country Championships. GBN will host the CSL Meet on Saturday, October 15th.  Meet information will be available on titandistance.com next week.  
Our varsity team traveled to Peoria this weekend and finished 17th out of 38 teams on the state meet course.  The rest of the team competed at the Niles West Invite.  43 runners set personal best times on the day!  2 junior runners dipped under 16 minutes at Detweiller to become the 68th and 69th runners in school history to achieve "Sub 16 Club" status.  Good things are happening at all levels!  
Check out former All-State GBS runner, Brian Hiltebrand, who was featured by the NCAA on their Instagram page for "picture of the week" last week. Pretty cool!
